Refund policy

At BloomBloom, customer satisfaction and product safety are important to us. Due to the intimate and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Eligibility for Returns
We can only accept returns in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged, defective, or leaked
  • You received the wrong item
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of:
  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Products returned due to change of mind


2. Time Frame
Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted.


3. What We Offer
If your claim is approved, you may be eligible for one of the following, depending on our assessment:

  • A replacement of the same product
  • A store credit or a refund to your original payment method


4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To submit a request, please contact us at info@getbloombloom.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the damage, defect, leakage, or wrong item
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.


5. Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to offer refunds or returns if:

  • The product has been opened, used, or tampered with
  • The return request is made more than 3 days after delivery
  • The issue is caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., incorrect address provided by the customer)


6. Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is our responsibility (wrong item, damaged, defective), we will cover the cost of reshipping the replacement
  • In all other cases, shipping fees are non-refundable


7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
